Tax Client General Information: Required for all NEW clients. A copy of your prior year’s return will be great appreciated but not mandatory. Current clients, who need to update information on file, please fill out the top portion and the updated information only.
Tax Client Checklist: Required for ALL clients each tax year. Specify tax documents and quantity along with any comments.
If you have a company and need to file a Schedule C and/or a rental property and need to fill a Schedule E and/or filing a Schedule A for itemized deductions, please click the link below, fill out the applicable data, and submit with your tax documentation. Please make sure to keep all supporting documentation for the amounts provided.
